Holistic
Esthetics
A 37-week comprehensive training program that includes personal development and
environmental awareness. Careful attention is given to ensure students have a solid
foundation in both academic and employability skills. The training curriculum emphasizes
critical thinking, professionalism and teamwork.
The Holistic Esthetics course provides study across a broad range of topics, equipping the
student with the knowledge and skills to become a licensed esthetician.
Students are also
accompanied by an instructor to the HRDC office for a days training of job
searching the internet and are assisted in completing a professional resume.

The school only accepts a limited number of
applicants, potential candidates must pay a $100.00 pre-registration fee
to secure a seat in the program which will be deducted from the cost of
tuition.
Should you decide to enroll, entrance requirements are grade 12 or an equivalent, and a
personal interview to ensure suitability. Class hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
The Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia requires that each student pay
$145.00 for Student Registration and Provincial Examinations and 1% of
tuition towards the Nova Scotia Training Completion Fund. Upon successful
completion of provincial exams students will receive a license to practice
in Nova Scotia.
Rooms in residence are available for those students who wish to stay on
campus.
